The Mass will be presided by H. Em. Cardinal Reinhard Marx (Archbishop of Munich and Freising) and concelebrated by all the Bishops representing the Episcopates of the 28 EU Member States.
The Mass for Europe is organised by the Commission of the Bishops’ Conferences of the European Union (COMECE) in partnership with the Diocese of Mechelen-Brussels.
