Some 400 participants from all over Europe will attend. During the meeting, Christians will identify their own key values and confirm those values which have defined the European unification process from its beginning.
At the invitation of the COMECE, Brother Alois, the prior of the ecumenical community of Taizé, and other Taizé brothers will come to Brussels on 30 January 2007.
In order to examine the historical context of the signature of the Rome Treaty, COMECE organized an seminar entitled "Fifty years after the Treaty of Rome, which values for the European Union?".
From 2 September 2006, 80 students from 25 countries participate in the 2006 COMECE Summer University.
