The legal basis for the processing is the consent provided by the data subject in accordance with Article 6(1), point (a) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

Staff members responsible for the Communication activities.

Personal data are stored up to the moment when a data subject withdraws or does not confirm.
Rights of the data subject
The data subject has the right to request from the controller access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing concerning the data subject or to object to processing as well as the right to data portability in accordance with Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20 and 21 of the General Data Protection Regulation.
The data subject has the right to withdraw consent to processing at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal, in accordance with Article 7(3) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
Furthermore, the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in accordance with Article 77 of the General Data Protection Regulation.
