Mass for Europe: On the occasion of the start of the working year of the European Institutions under the Slovak Presidency

On wed 7 September, about 400 participants took part at the church of Notre-Dame au Sablon, Brussels, in the Mass for Europe which was organised by COMECE on the occasion of the resumption of work by the European institutions.

The Mass was presided by Bishop Jozef De Kesel, Archbishop of Mechelen-Brussels and concelebrated by Mgr Jozef Hal’ko, Auxiliary Bishop of the Archdiocese of Bratislava together with Mgr Jean Kockerols, Auxiliary Bishop of the Archdiocese of Mechelen-Brussels, vice-president of COMECE.
The Mass for Europe is organised by the Commission of Bishops’ Conferences of the European Community (COMECE) in partnership with the Diocese of Malines-Brussels and the member Bishop of COMECE of the country holding the Presidency of the Council of the EU, on the occasion of the resumption of work by the European institutions each year in September.

CorpsEmoi.be is an apolitical and non-confessional non-profit organisation created in 2014. The association aims to promote the value of the human body, life and fertility in the sense of responsible and harmonious relationship of the individual with his own body and sexuality. It organizes a day workshops in Wallonia-Brussels dedicated to girls and their mothers, and boys and their father (the children’s age between about 10 and 14 years). It leads workshops to help discover the human body and its fertility. All these workshops target the same goal: I take care … because it is precious …!
