Emilio comes from a small village in the province of Cuneo, in Piedmont (Italy). He has been working at the COMECE Secretariat since 2020. Emilio obtained his BA Degree in European Languages and Cultures at the University of Groningen (Netherlands), and completed an Erasmus+ program in Tübingen (Germany).

He also obtained an Erasmus Mundus master’s degree on Euroculture in 2020, attending courses in Göttingen and Strasbourg. During his studies, he was also an intern at the COMECE Secretariat in the area of EU External Relations. Emilio’s main hobbies include listening to Symphonic orchestras, reading books about geopolitics or languages and practicing sports.

He speaks Italian, German, English, French, Dutch and Russian.
